BNP Paribas Real Estate integrated a BIMdata 3D Viewer into its asset management ecosystem, enabling advanced visualization of LA MAISON SANOFI's infrastructure. Through Intent Technology, all building data was orchestrated and contextualized, allowing stakeholders to intuitively explore and manage spatial, technical, and operational layers in real time—directly within the digital twin environment.
Use Case 2: Proof of Concept for Integrated Operational Monitoring

A Proof of Concept (POC) was developed to integrate data from the control-command system and the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) within the emblematic Isséane energy recovery center. This facility processes residual household waste from 22 municipalities under the Syctom jurisdiction.
The POC introduces a unified data visualization platform bimdata.io, with real-time inputs modeled through a BIMdata 3D Viewer. The system offers centralized monitoring of key operational metrics, enhancing oversight of waste processing, energy production, and equipment status.
By bridging automation and maintenance ecosystems, the POC aims to significantly boost operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and support predictive maintenance strategies. The ultimate goal is optimized energy valorization.

In partnership with SOCOTEC, a leading expert in technical consulting and risk prevention, a three-year R&D project was launched to redefine how field data is captured, analyzed, and integrated. The objective: to create a complete, AI-powered workflow for smarter inspections and asset verification in complex infrastructure environments.
At the heart of the workflow is a mobile-enabled data capture system that utilizes computer vision to automatically identify and classify equipment in the field. Images and video streams collected on-site are processed in real time to detect anomalies, validate asset presence, and streamline reporting.
